2. General Information

  • atPlugins provides premium WordPress plugins and related digital products.
  • By purchasing or downloading any product from our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Such modifications will be communicated to you and, if accepted, will be effective immediately. Continued use of our website or products implies acceptance of any changes.

3. Payment Processing by Paddle

  • All payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
  • You purchase the product from Paddle, but the product is licensed to you by atPlugins.
  • By completing a purchase, you agree to both these Terms and Conditions and Paddle’s Terms and Conditions.
  • Paddle is the authorized reseller of our products, which means you purchase the product from Paddle using their services, but the product is licensed to you by atPlugins.

4. Contract Formation

By completing a purchase, you make a binding offer to enter into a contract with Paddle, subject to these Terms. The transaction process consists of:

  1. You select the desired product and agree to these Terms
  2. Your personal data required for the transaction and delivery is collected by Paddle
  3. Paddle sends you an email with your invoice
  4. You pay the invoice following the instructions provided
  5. Your contract with Paddle is concluded upon successful payment and transmission of the product

5. Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through Paddle.
  • Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise.
  • By completing a purchase, you authorize Paddle to charge your selected payment method.
  • Paddle will charge your payment method for any paid transactions, including any applicable taxes according to the tax jurisdiction in which the transaction takes place.
  • If you pre-order a product, you’ll be charged upfront. You can request a refund for any reason until the content is delivered, after which the standard refund policy applies.
  • Product prices may change at any time.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle and handled on a case-by-case basis. Paddle may refuse a refund request if they find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior.

Consumer Rights: If you are a consumer purchasing for personal use, this does not affect your statutory rights in relation to products which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.

Right to Cancel (EU/UK Consumers): If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. However, this right does not apply to digital content that you have started to download, stream, or otherwise acquire.

7. Licensing and Usage

  • All plugins sold by atPlugins are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) unless stated otherwise.
  • You may use the plugins on the number of sites defined in your license type (single-site, multi-site, or unlimited).
  • Redistribution, resale, or sharing of plugin files or licenses is strictly prohibited.
  • Shared or resold licenses will be immediately deactivated without notice or refund.

8. Product Delivery

  • After successful payment, you will receive an email containing your download link and license key (if applicable).
  • Product delivery is typically immediate but may take a few minutes depending on payment processing time.
  • If you experience any issue with download or license activation, please contact our support team.

Digital Content Consent: By downloading or otherwise acquiring digital content, you consent to immediate performance of this agreement and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the download or transmission of the digital content has begun.

9. Product Updates

  • Active license holders are entitled to receive plugin updates and support for the duration of their license period.
  • After license expiration, you may continue using the plugin, but you will no longer receive updates or support.

10. Support Policy

We provide support for all our products to ensure you have a smooth and reliable experience. Support is available to all verified customers who have purchased directly from atPlugins.

Support includes:

  • Assistance with product installation and basic setup
  • Help resolving issues or bugs related to our products
  • Guidance on using the product features as intended

Support does not include:

  • Custom modifications, feature requests, or third-party compatibility fixes
  • Issues caused by conflicts with themes or plugins not developed by atPlugins

Support is provided via our official contact channels. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

11. Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription-based product:

  • Paid subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled
  • You’ll be notified if the price increases and, if required, your consent will be sought to continue
  • You’ll be charged between 00:00 and 01:00 (UTC) on the day the subscription period renews
  • To cancel your subscription, please contact us at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing period with your order number and email address
  • Your cancellation will take effect at the next payment date
  • There are no refunds on unused subscription periods
  • If Paddle cannot charge your payment method for any reason and you have not cancelled, you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts
  • Paddle reserves the right to cancel your subscription if they are unable to successfully charge your payment method

12. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, graphics, and code provided by atPlugins remain our intellectual property and are protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including copyright.
  • You may not claim ownership, copy, or reproduce our website content for commercial purposes.
  • You agree not to modify, rent, loan, sell, or distribute the products in any manner not expressly authorized.
  • The atPlugins name, logo, and other trademarks used in connection with our services are trademarks of atPlugins. You are granted no right or license with respect to any of these trademarks.

13. Limitation of Liability

  • atPlugins and Paddle disclaim any and all warranties, express, implied, or statutory regarding the services to the full extent permitted by law.
  • We do not warrant that your use of our services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the products will be free from corruption, attack, viruses, interference, hacking, or other security intrusion.
  • You are responsible for backing up your own system, including any products purchased.
  • Our products are provided “as is,” without any guarantees or warranties, express or implied.
  • In no event will atPlugins, Paddle, or their respective partners, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this agreement.

14. Account Responsibility

  • If you create an account on atPlugins.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
  • You must ensure that the information you provide is up-to-date and accurate.

15. Termination and Suspension

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our products or services at any time if these Terms are violated.
  • If you fail to comply with any provisions of this agreement, Paddle may, without notice: (i) terminate this agreement and you will remain liable for all amounts due; (ii) terminate your license to the product; and/or (iii) preclude your access to the services.
  • Where Paddle suspects that fraudulent activities are being conducted, they have the right to cancel and block your usage without notice and may liaise with relevant authorities for law enforcement purposes.

16. Third Party Materials

atPlugins and Paddle are not responsible or liable for third-party materials included within or linked from the products or services.

17. Confidentiality

Any confidential information provided under this agreement shall be held and maintained in strict confidence. Each party agrees to protect the confidentiality of such information in a manner consistent with the way a reasonable person would protect similar confidential information.

18. Privacy

Paddle will maintain appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards for protection of the security, confidentiality, and integrity of your data, as described in Paddle’s Privacy Policy available at https://paddle.com/legal/privacy

19. Governing Law

The United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods is specifically excluded from application to this agreement.

For Consumers in the United States:
This agreement and the relationship between you and Paddle, and all transactions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New York, including its Uniform Commercial Code, without reference to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in New York, NY under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce.

For All Other Consumers:
Except to the extent amended by any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident, this agreement and the relationship between you and Paddle, and all transactions shall be governed by the laws of England.

Consumer Protection: If you are a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.

20. Waiver and Severability

If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the parties agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions remain in full force and effect. Paddle’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
