Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and refund requests.

Refund Requests
Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Paddle may refuse a refund request if they find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior that entitles Paddle to refuse the refund.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@atplugins.com with:
- Your order number
- The email address used for the purchase
- A brief explanation of your reason for requesting a refund
We will work with Paddle to process your request as quickly as possible.
Consumer Rights
For Personal/Consumer Purchases:
This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in relation to products which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose. These consumer protection rights are provided by law in your country of residence.
Right to Cancel (EU/UK Consumers):
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK purchasing for personal use, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
To exercise your cancellation right, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at support@atplugins.com before the expiration of the 14-day period.
Exception: Your right to cancel does not apply to digital content that you have started to download, stream, or otherwise acquire. By downloading or accessing the product, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the download or transmission has begun.
Effect of Cancellation
If you cancel your order as permitted above:
- We will reimburse all payments received from you
- Reimbursement will be made without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after we are informed of your cancellation decision
- We will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction
- You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement
Sales Tax Refunds
If you’ve been charged sales tax (including VAT, GST, Consumption Tax, or other applicable taxes) on your purchase and are registered for sales tax in the country of purchase, you may be entitled to a refund of the sales tax amount if permitted by the laws applicable in your country.
Eligibility for Sales Tax Refund:
- You must contact Paddle within 60 days after completing the purchase
- You must provide a valid sales tax registration number for your country
- Refund requests received after 60 days from the transaction date will not be processed

Payment by Wire Transfer
If you paid by wire transfer:
- It is your responsibility to provide the correct payment details, including your unique bank transfer reference number, company VAT/sales tax code, and order information
- Orders paid via wire transfer are not protected under the Consumer Credit Act (CCA) and are generally not eligible for refunds
- Exception: If the transaction amount (including sales tax) or the sales tax refund alone is above $100 / £100 / €100, you may be entitled to a refund including the sales tax paid, at Paddle’s discretion
Pre-Orders
If you pre-order a product:
- You’ll be charged upfront at the time of pre-order
- You can request a refund for any reason until the product is delivered
- Once the product is delivered, the standard refund policy applies
Subscriptions
For subscription-based purchases:
- There are no refunds on unused subscription periods
- To cancel your subscription and prevent future charges, please contact us at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing period
- Your cancellation will take effect at the next payment date
- You will retain access to the product until the end of your current billing period
Important Notes
Prohibited Activities:
- Group purchases, license resales, or shared licenses are strictly prohibited
- Any shared or resold licenses will be immediately deactivated without refund
- Paddle reserves the right to refuse refunds if there is evidence of product misuse or violation of our Terms and Conditions
Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved by Paddle:
- It will be processed without undue delay, typically within 14 days
- The actual time for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution
- You will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed
